Your prayers stay on your device Carry does not require an account. The app stores your active practice, saved prayers, selected artwork, current prayer, and preferences in local app storage. The current release does not send this prayer collection or practice history to a Carry server.
A small copy of the current prayer and its supporting prompt is shared locally with Carry’s widget extension so your widgets can display it. Completing another practice does not automatically replace the prayer you chose.
Photos and sharing When you choose to save a wallpaper, Carry requests permission to add the image to Photos. It does not request access to read your photo library. Images saved to Photos are managed by your device and any photo-sync services you enable.
When you choose Share, the iOS share sheet lets you select the recipient or service. Information you send is handled by that recipient or service under its own policies.
Widgets and Live Activities Prayer-related content can be visible on your Home Screen or Lock Screen when you add a Carry widget or enable a devotional Live Activity. Consider who can see your phone. You can remove widgets and manage Live Activities through iOS.
Analytics and advertising Carry contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or Carry account system. It does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Apple may process purchase, distribution, diagnostic, or beta-testing information under its own settings and policies.
Your choices Remove a saved prayer from its detail screen in Your prayers. Removing your current prayer clears the current-prayer selection and asks widgets to refresh. Images already saved to Photos and copies already shared are separate; remove those where they are stored.
Deleting the app removes its app data from that installation. Device backups may retain earlier copies according to your Apple backup settings. Carry does not provide its own cloud backup or recovery service.
Support If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond and troubleshoot. Please avoid sending private prayer details unless they are necessary for your request. Support email is handled through Apple iCloud Mail. Contact support@sawyerrose.app to ask about or request deletion of information you have sent us.
Changes We will update this policy when the app’s data practices change.
